How long will my website take to build?
Most projects take 7-14 days, depending on the size and the content you provide.
Do I really not have to pay anything upfront?
Correct! £0 upfront. Your subscription covers everything from design to launch, hosting and ongoing updates.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. You get tweaks and updates included in your plan. This could be anything from text changes, color scheme adjustments or adding images. Larger changes such as new pages or features, will be quoted through a seperate hourly rate, depending on scope.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel within the first 6 months, your website will go offline. You have the option to buy out the site for the remainder of the six month term. After the initial six month term is complete, you can cancel anytime and the site will be provided to you! (However once discontinuing the monthly subscription, hosting, development and management of the site will be up to you. We do not continue ongoing support once subscription has ended).
Is hosting and maintenance included?
Absolutely! Your monthly plan includes fully managed hosting, security monitoring, regular backups, updates, speed optimization, basic SEO support and ongoing maintenance. For the domain name (the www. part), that will be owned by you.
What if I dont want a subscription?
No problem! We also offer one-time purchases for full website builds (the traditional way). These are done through a custom quote and in some circumstances, such as large site builds, we will recommend this over the subscription plan.
Does your subscription plan include e-commerce sites?
Our subscription plan does not include e-commerce websites. However we can still quote and build e-commerce sites through one-off payments.
